Shipping

Supported Soul products ship from Port Moody, Canada in 1-2 business days from time of purchase and for a limited time, shipping is free for all Canadian orders.

For local orders, it takes about 5 business days for your parcel to arrive. We do ship internationally- please contact us directly for a quote. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty charges that you may incur.

Returns + Exchanges

At Supported Soul, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and we want you to be 100% happy.

Returns are only accepted for damaged products. For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on mats or accessories that have been washed, used, or have been altered in any way from their original packaging. There are no refunds on preordered designs. Exchanges are only accepted for unused, unopened products.

Returns or exchanges for damaged products may be made within 7 calendar days from the date of arrival. Please contact us at nicole@supportedsoul.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and a tracking number is highly recommended or we cannot confirm we have received your package. You must ship your item back to us within one week of our accepting the return. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and the refund will be processed if it is considered eligible.

If the item is being returned as a result of our error (eg damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc) we will refund.

Exchanges are only accepted for unused, unopened, damaged or defective merchandise and all sale items are final sale- no refunds or exchanges.
