Shipping + Return Policies

Supported Soul products are shipped by Canada Post from Port Moody, British Columbia. For lower mainland orders, it takes approximately 1-3 business days for your parcel to arrive after shipped. For the rest of Canada it takes approximately 5-8 business days. 

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post.

Please ensure that your shipping address information is accurate. It is difficult for us to adjust shipping information once it is received. If the address provided is incorrect and the item is shipped, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs that arise.

PRE-ORDERS

If you order both in-stock and pre-order items, the stock items will be held until the pre-order is ready so all items can ship together. If you would like the in-stock items shipped first, please let us know you would like to purchase an extra shipping label or do a separate checkout.

Preorder ship dates are an estimate. You will receive an email update if there have been any unforeseeable delays. 

LOCAL PICKUP

Picking up your order in Port Moody, BC is an option. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you with instructions after you complete your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally! Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty charges that you may incur.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

Before placing an order, please review our yoga mat decision making chart and care instructions page as there are no refunds or exchanges on opened or used products.

 

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged/defective. 

  • If you believe you have received a defective product or experience a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
  • If you did not purchase directly from our website, we require a sales receipt from the retailer with the date of purchase

 

EXCHANGES 

Exchanges are only accepted for unused, unopened products*

  • No refunds on pre-orders.
  • No refunds or replacements on products that have been damaged by improperly following care instructions.
  • No price adjustments.
  • All products purchased on sale are final sale.

 

*Information regarding exchanges: 

For sanitary reasons we do not accept exchanges on mats or accessories that have been washed, used, or have been altered in any way from their original packaging. 

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and a tracking number is highly recommended or we cannot confirm the receipt of the package. The item must be shipped back to us within one week of our accepting the exchange/return.
